Barbara Guthrie, 72, of Absecon passed away on Monday, April 11, 2016, at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Mainland Division. She was born in Indiana, PA on July 20, 1943 to William and Frances Guthrie. Barbara was a Guidance Counselor at Atlantic City High School for 31 years. She was an avid golfer, supporting The Shoprite Classic, and a member of Seaview Country Club and Pomona Country Club for many years. She was a member of the Absecon United Methodist Church. Barbara is survived by her partner of 30 years, Jane Foster-Carro; her brother, Terry Guthrie; and her many loving friends.
